How To Create a Subaccount

Subaccounts behave as separate accounts, but are all grouped under the parent account. Users in subaccounts cannot access information, numbers, and faxes from other subaccounts. Admins and owners in the parent account are the only users able to access and manage information in all departments.

A number and user can only exist in one subaccount, or in the parent account. Additionally, caller IDs have to be set for each subaccount, and a number from the parent account cannot be used. To learn more about caller IDs, click here.

To create a subaccount, navigate to the “Accounts” tab on the left side panel, then click create:

Type the department name, choose the product access, then click Create:
